Retail Returners Program

You will be an experienced professional with at least 4 years of work experience and who has had a career break of 18 months or more. You may have been working small-scale around other commitments or not done any paid work during this period.
You will be interested in joining a values-led business, embracing the Amazon Leadership Principles and kick-starting the next chapter of your career.
Amazon EU Retail is keen to hear from people whose previous careers were in a number of sectors including, but not limited to: retail, FMCG, financial services, consulting and advertising.
You must be fluent in verbal and written English language.

Amazon is re-launching the Returners Program in 2025. We aim to support those who have been out of the workplace for 18+ months, to re-start their career and develop their skills and experience in a progressive environment.
What is Amazon Retail?
We manage both the relationships with our EU brands and also our customers. Our customers experience our work when they are able to find the product they are looking for sold by Amazon Retail at a great price on our Amazon EU online stores. We push the eCommerce industry forward by continuously innovating on behalf of our customers

**What you can expect from the program**:
- A 9-month paid contract.
- Specialised coaching from Career Returners to support your return to the workplace

You will be required to be in the office 5 days a week (with the ability to work from home occasionally when needed by exception).
- Bachelors degree
You will have had experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Account management
- Client relationship management
- Sales and/or business development
- Buying and/or merchandising
- Category management
- Marketing and/or communications - B2B or B2C
- Supply chain and inventory management
- Strategic consulting
- Project management
