As a Senior Business Analyst, you will join the Retention department reporting directly to the Product Manager. Responsible for the daily monitoring and reporting of your KPIs, creation of new A/B test cases, as well as proposing new product optimizations that will improve end-user conversions, reduce churn rate and overall performance of the platform's KPIs.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Monitor, control, and improve key metrics related to your dedicated revenue source.
- Craft detailed requirements for new optimization tickets focused on enhancing the Videos KPI performance.
- Oversee and manage KPI-related Jira tickets, ensuring high-quality standards for any product changes progressing through development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate ideas for new features that boost User Retention KPIs.
- Identify product improvement opportunities through brainstorming sessions and strategic analysis.
- Provide product optimizations from a user-centered perspective.
- Monitor and report on users' behavior after launching new product features.
- Increase business profitability - owning not just your dedicated KPIs, but also understanding the overall revenue sources of the platform.
- Design, conduct, and analyze A/B tests to assess and implement optimizations aimed at enhancing User Retention KPIs.
- Comfortable with ideation and generating out of the box solutions.
- Develop and manage use case scenarios, ensuring full test coverage for new functionalities.
- Support the product team with insights into business and technical challenges, while offering solutions that align with overall business strategy.

**What you'll need to be successful**:
**Must haves**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a digital industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Marketing/Business or equivalent degree.
- Proven ability to define and document functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and structured manner.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI management and optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with Jira and Agile methodologies.
- Fluent English communication skills; German proficiency is a plus.
- Experience working with user retention metrics and A/B testing frameworks.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex processes into clear steps.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hybrid role based in Cyprus.

**Nice to haves**:

- Background or experience in entertainment or content-driven platforms.
- Knowledge of user segmentation and personalization strategies to improve user engagement and retention.
- Prior exposure to subscription-based or freemium business models.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- SQL or data analysis skills to extract insights and validate KPI trends independently.
- Experience in automating reports or dashboards through tools like Power BI or Looker.
