For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a Client Service Executive.
For this position, you will have to:
- Provide administrative and client services support.
- Maintain excellent commercial relationships with Private clients
- Deliver excellent client service and always meet the needs of the clients
- Understand the strategy the Bank puts in play and participate in its development by interacting with members of the whole team in Luxembourg and abroad and bringing hands-on operational experience.
- Be responsible for transmitting and verifying instructions and for proactively implementing a quality operational environment for large, complex and demanding clients.
- Be in charge of sourcing, verifying and transmitting documents in order to ensure a rapid and smooth account opening process.
- Monitor clients' time maturities, transfers, deposits, loans, etc
- Complete client telephonic/visit reports accurately
**Profile**
- A relevant experience in the banking industry;
- A clear understanding or capacity to understand the major products or services available in the private banking industry;
- Customer service oriented;
- Administrative efficiency, accuracy and thoroughness;
- Excellent time management, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive and a good team player;
- Be ambitious about providing the highest standards of delivery to colleagues and clients
- Fluency in English and French is a requirement and any other language is an advantage.
