Pour l'un de nos clients, nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un Client Service Executive.

Pour ce poste, vous devrez:

- Fournir un soutien administratif et de services aux clients.
- Maintenir d'excellentes relations commerciales avec les clients privés
- Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle et toujours répondre aux besoins des clients.
- Comprendre la stratégie mise en place par la Banque et participer à son développement en interagissant avec les membres de toute l'équipe au Luxembourg et à l'étranger et en apportant une expérience opérationnelle pratique.
- Être responsable de la transmission et de la vérification des instructions et de la mise en œuvre proactive d'un environnement opérationnel de qualité pour des clients importants, complexes et exigeants.
- Être en charge de la recherche, de la vérification et de la transmission des documents afin d'assurer un processus d'ouverture de compte rapide et fluide.
- Suivre les échéances, les transferts, les dépôts, les prêts, etc. des clients.
- Remplir avec précision les rapports téléphoniques/de visite des clients

**Profile**
- Une expérience pertinente dans le secteur bancaire ;
- Une compréhension claire ou une capacité à comprendre les principaux produits ou services disponibles dans le secteur de la banque privée ;
- Orientation vers le service à la clientèle ;
- Efficacité administrative, précision et rigueur ;
- Excellente gestion du temps, capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter des délais serrés ;
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles ;
- Être motivé, dynamique, proactif et avoir l'esprit d'équipe ;
- Avoir l'ambition de fournir les plus hautes normes de prestation aux collègues et aux clients.
- La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est indispensable et toute autre langue est un avantage.
