What You’ll Do- Run daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and clients.- Create and configure new reports to meet client and business needs.- Produce Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Management Information (MI) reports.- Prepare and collate Transfer Agency data for internal and external audit requests.- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to review and improve reporting processes.- Support the wider team in resolving reporting-related queries and ensuring service excellence.

What You’ll Bring- Previous experience in Transfer Agency, Reporting, or Financial Services.- Bachelor’s degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred).- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with attention to detail.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access.- SQL knowledge required; Visual Basic skills an advantage.- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.- Fluent in English; additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Luxembourgish) are a plus.
