Our partner is a boutique PFS, highly specialized in servicing investment funds (and its entities) from the setup to the dissolution process, composed of 20 employees. For the past decade, the structure has been able to build a great reputation for itself in Luxembourg.
As this tailor-made approach is key, the PFS was able to build an impressive portfolio of clients that decided to leave some of the best-known PFS in Luxembourg, as they were looking for a more specialized and personalized service. This means that you will be able to develop skills by working with prestigious structures and as a result develop a technical level above the average in Luxembourg
We had the pleasure to visit the PFS’ offices, which are ideally located near a tram stop and are also easily accessible by bus or car, as there is a large parking close by. During this meeting, we also witnessed the good atmosphere between several collaborators as they all laughed together and seemed to get along very well. This way, you are sure to continue your evolution in a healthy environment where everyone wants to help each other.
We also noticed that the communication is very open, as all members of the team feel comfortable giving their thoughts and opinions, but they also all listen to each other and take each other’s ideas into consideration. Even the upper management is happy to welcome its employees’ new ideas.

Your Responsibilities | Accountant - Fiduciary - PFS - PSF

You handle the daily bookkeeping for your client portfolio, composed of regulated and unregulated investment funds.

This means you also take on the establishment of financial statements and NAV calculation.

You are familiar, and experienced, with complex structures. For this reason, bridging loans and bonds for example are quite straightforward to you.

You are in charge of the communications and direct relationships with your clients as well as third parties (banks, auditors, lawyers) and other stakeholders.

You are able to work in a team, as you will work on some of your dedicated clients with a few other colleagues.

Profile and Career Path | Accountant - Fiduciary - PFS - PSF

You have been working as an accountant in a fiduciary, Management Company or PFS in Luxembourg for at least 3 years and want to evolve in a boutique PFS that offers a very high quality to its clients.

Fluency in both French and English is necessary. As the environment is quite French speaking however, this will be the main language spoken with your colleagues. Italian will be a plus.

You are eager to improve your technical skills and to evolve in a structure that will support your wish to evolve.

You have a good understanding of the investment fund industry and its facets in Luxembourg.
