**Senior Accountant - Young and Dynamic Team, No Turnover**

We are currently working with a PFS based in the city center of Luxembourg, created 10 years ago with the objective of helping and supporting investors in their activities. This company is composed of a bit less than 20 people divided in two teams : one specialized in legal services and the other one in financial services.

The client portfolio is composed of entities that are mainly SPV, Holdings, Securitization companies, and funds, both in Private Equity and Real Estate.

The managers of this structure are young and open-minded, and also able to put themselves in question to take respectful and ethical decisions.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Finance - Accounting - Tax - Luxembourg**

- You take care of the bookkeeping of **SPV and Real Estate**entities. You can also take care of investment funds, depending on your knowledge.
- You prepare **BCL and CSSF reporting**.
- You are in charge of the preparation of **annual accounts**.
- You also take care of **VAT and tax returns** and you can benefit from the help of tax specialists. Finally, you actively collaborate with your colleagues and clients by communicating efficiently.
- **Profile and Career Path**|** Accountancy - Accountant - Portfolio**

- You have between **4 to 10 years** of experience within a **PFS** of a **fiduciary** in Luxembourg.
- You are fluent in **English**.
- You already have experience in the management of a client portfolio composed of **SPV** and **PE/RE entities**.
- You ideally have previous experience in the management of funds, as well as **Bob 50**.
- You have a **degree in finance and accounting**.
