We’re looking for a trainee to support our Client Services department within the Front Support Organization:

- Support WM client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- Work closely with Client Advisors and WM clients to promote and assist with our e-banking system and new functionalities
- Contribute to internal projects, driving process improvements and enhancing operational efficiency
- Be a point-of-entry contact for Life Insurance Carriers with account queries or orders, stock orders, payments, credits, etc.
- Assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
- Meet challenges with a positive attitude and a can-do mentality.
- 6-12 months duration

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in the Client Services Team which is part of our Front Support Organization.
As a Client Account Manager trainee, you’ll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services.
Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

**Your expertise**
- have expertise in the financial services / WM / Life Insurance business.
- unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
- team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
- works with absolute discretion and with the adaptability to changing demands
- good communication skills, negotiating abilities, self-motivation
- entrepreneurial thinking and action with adequate social competences
- fluent in English, German and/or French would be a real asset
- in case of an internship exceeding 6 months - school's agreement necessary
