Nous recherchons pour notre client basé au Luxembourg un Directeur Général spécialisé en développement à l’international.

**Les missions**:
Passionné par le commerce international dans le secteur de l’industrie, vous intégrerez une équipe ambitieuse devant faire face à une croissance internationale importante et aurez pour mission de:

- Concevoir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie globale de développement de l’entreprise et porter la stratégie du métier,
- Piloter l’entreprise afin de garantir sa rentabilité, et définir de nouveaux leviers pour assurer une croissance significative,
- Analyser les performances, contrôler les indicateurs comptables et financiers (chiffre d’affaires, marge opérationnelle, bilan et compte de pertes et profits),
- Mesurer la profitabilité, la rentabilité et les besoins d’investissement et enclencher les actions correctives nécessaires,
- Comprendre les enjeux globaux et suivre l’évolution afin de déployer des S.A.V. et projets techniques complexes qui favoriseront la mise en avant de la qualité des produits et la satisfaction des clients,
- Gérer les droits d’exploitation des licences étendues à l’international avec les acteurs concernés,
- Suivre la clientèle grand compte,
- Définir et piloter le plan d’actions marketing,
- Organiser et animer les réunions afin de coordonner l’activité commerciale et marketing,
- Identifier des moyens innovants pour augmenter les ventes de produits existants, au travers une veille active des évolutions et des opportunités du marché à l’international,
- Représenter l'entreprise lors d'événements extérieurs (démonstrations matérielles pour nos revendeurs, foires et salons internationaux).

**Profil**:

- Vous êtes titulaire d'un Master dans le domaine commercial et d’une expérience significative de dirigeant dans le milieu industriel à l’international.
- Vous êtes parfaitement capable de gérer l’administration budgétaire et financière d’une entité.
- Vous parlez couramment l'anglais et le français. Toute autre langue est un atout.
- Vous maitrisez le Pack office et vous avez des bonnes connaissances en CRM et ERP.
- Vous avez des capacités en communication tant à l’oral.
- Vous êtes orienté stratégie, développement et rentabilité et êtes doté d’un relationnel commercial qui a fait ses preuves.
- Vous avez un esprit entrepreneurial, ouvert et êtes orienté solutions.
