**Your team**:

- Reporting to the Head of HRBP & HRO - LUX, the HR Officer will play a key role in supporting HR business partners with daily operations and staff queries. The role will involve managing the recruitment process for fixed-term employment contracts, as well as providing administrative support for learning and development initiatives. Additionally, the HR Officer will contribute to various HR projects, ensuring the smooth functioning of the team and driving process improvements.

**Your role**:
**Operational support to HRBP**:

- Prepare employment contracts and manage administrative tasks related to the employee life cycle (onboarding, probation periods, transfers, departures).
- Contact applicants either directly or via our partners (headhunters, recruitment agencies).
- Acting as the primary point of contact for employees.

**Recruitment of temporary profiles**:

- Manage the recruitment and selection process for fixed-term contracts and trainees.
- Draft offers and prepare contracts for fixed-term employees and trainees.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end recruitment process.

**Learning and development**:

- Support L&D activities, including INFPC registration, training coordination and invoicing.
- Organise and coordinate training programmes with smooth logistics and communication.
- Maintain training databases to track progress and certifications, produce ad hoc learning reports.

**HR projects support**:

- Contribute to projects to improve the HR process and prepare the relevant documentation.
- Improve the automation of the onboarding process.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree, with 1 to 2 years’ experience in a relevant field.
- Tech savvy profile: VBA for Excel, Tableau and other IT skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well organised and structured.
- Ability to cope with a variety of tasks and topics in a dynamic growing organisation, combined with an ability to prioritise your work.
- Service-oriented with a can-do attitude and team player.
- Positive mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Good command of French and English.
