About us
: - Responsibilities:
- Serve as the prototype delivery engine and the primary client-facing technical lead, interfacing directly with automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers like Audi, BMW, and Forvia.
- Build heating pad prototypes, including fabric cutting, cable preparation, wire-to-electrode connection via ultrasonic welding or low-temperature soldering, connection protection, and lamination integration.
- Develop and optimize wire-to-fabric connection methods.
- Perform electrical characterization including linear/contact resistance, power consumption mapping, and thermal imaging.
- Integrate NTC temperature sensors, thermostats, and control electronics into assemblies.
- Coordinate mechanical and environmental testing and support certification testing (LV124, flammability, EMC).
- Prepare customer samples, manage the prototype BOM, and maintain structured assembly documentation. - Qualifications:
