Main responsibilities of the Finance Manager will be:

- Working with senior business management to help develop business plans including appropriate performance targets and metrics.
- Providing local coaching and training to improve financial competences across the business management teams.
- Leading the business in driving full accountability from Orders, Sales, contribution margin down to EBITDA and cash.
- Developing Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and financial Modeling tools that will help the business to provide accurate financial forecast.
- Preparing Monthly and quarterly reports, actuals reporting, variance analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities to assist senior management with their decision making
- Assisting with ad hoc strategic and operational projects as required
- Implementing and working with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports to automate and streamline the reporting process
- Analyzing complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Being part of implementation and tracking of strategic deployment initiatives which would drive deep transformations changes to the business in order to accelerate growth.

Skills & Experience:
The role requires someone who is confident in liaising with non-finance; has strong communication skills and is able to present information at a senior level.

We are looking for a personality, not a job description.
- Bachelor or master’s degree in finance
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in progressive Financial Planning and Analysis role
- Business partnering exposure - operating and influencing at senior management levels.
- Ideally worked for a sizable group.
- Strong inter-personal skills, presentation, verbal and written skills
- Proven track record in analytical skills, attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Advanced excel skills - Power BI knowledge would be considered as a strong advantage.
- Experienced in ERP (Microsoft Navision AX) and Dashboarding
- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
- Willing to travel to various group locations on demand
- Fluent English
