Jetfly is a shared business aviation company based in Luxembourg on behalf of 450 co-owners. Our fleet is composed of 60 Pilatus aircraft (PC12 and PC24). The Pilatus has come to exemplify the unique combination of Swiss engineering and dedicated craftsmanship, yielding a superior flight, passenger and operator experience that is truly beyond comparison. Also, a brand-new aircraft has recently joined our fleet: the Cirrus SF50, the world's first single-engine private jet. Our company is a leader in its business and provides a high quality of service which has earned it a reputation in Europe. The headquarters is in Luxembourg at the Airport, and we employ more than 450 people.
As Jetfly is going through a significant growth period, we are looking for an energetic and motivated **Marketing Intern** to reinforce our Marketing department. We offer a minimum 6-month internship within a team of passionate individuals with service excellence as DNA.
- Participation in the organization of internal events for staff in Luxembourg and Switzerland
- Participation in the organization of external Client and Prospect events to support our Sales activities in Europe
- Support our Sales team with material such as PPT presentations, flyers, videos, etc.
- Propose and take ownership of marketing material such as goodies, etc.
- Liaise with other relevant internal and external parties, including printers, photographers, etc.
- Write, edit, and proofread corporate presentations, partnerships, event invitations, and contracts, and contribute to creating visual content publicities with the team.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively and support other departments such as Travel, HR, Sales and Operations.
- Participate in the creation of an internal Yearbook.
**Profile**
- Current enrollment in post-graduate studies in business, communication, public relations or marketing is mandatory.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills preferred.
- Strong team player working in cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and autonomous, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize with a flexible approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or an equivalent design package is considered an advantage
**Internship Compensation package**
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
