**Acquisition Manager (DTC Healthcare E-Commerce)**
**About SuperSmart**:
SuperSmart was born in 1992 and is a pioneer in the Health Supplements and e-commerce sector in Europe, selling Direct-to-Consumer online since 1996. Over the past 30 years, we have built a catalogue of over 400 cutting edge products that we sell on our own website as well as through leading e-commerce platforms in France, the US, China, Germany, Spain, Italy and the rest of Europe.
**About the role**:
To accelerate our European growth and the acquisition of new customers, we are looking for an Acquisition Manager. As part of the Growth team, you will play a crucial role in further implementing Supersmart’s digital marketing strategy.
You will lead our paid marketing campaigns, across channels including paid search, amazon ads, paid social and display with the goal of getting more new customers. In this role, you’ll manage daily advertising needs for Supersmart, including planning, ad trafficking, budget pacing, optimization, and reporting.
You will be responsible for the design and execution of high-volume direct response performance advertising campaigns. You will need to be strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented and will set up, execute, and optimize campaigns while reporting on what works, what doesn’t, and why. You will also be responsible for creating relevant ads and guiding visitors to appropriate landing pages.
**What You'll Do**:
- Manage paid online marketing channels (SEM, Amazon ads, Display, Social ads); measure and optimize cost of acquisition
- Oversee campaign setup, define and diligently measure success; run tests, uncover opportunities, scale, learn, iterate and optimize
- Monitor spend documents on a weekly basis to come in on budget and hit goals.
- Manage day-to-day performance of campaigns on Google ads, Bing ads, Amazon ads, Programmatic and other platforms as necessary
- Regularly present results to the Head of growth along with ongoing strategy refinements
- Define and manage processes for coordinating content, design and marketing activities in order to optimize campaign strategies and content
- Experiment with emerging, creative or other non-traditional acquisition tactics (growth hacks)
**About you**:
- You have 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar job and a previous experience in food supplements or drugstore industry
- You have a good command of writing for the web (titling, style, information architecture)
- You’re passionate about Digital Marketing and stay on top of the latest industry news and developments
- You have a willingness to learn about health products and an ability to translate complex scientific concepts into digestible and attractive marketing campaigns
- You speak native level French and fluent English. Italian, Spanish or German is a plus.
**Through your work experience you have demonstrated**:
- Bar-raising ownership, owning the planning and delivery of strategic projects end-to-end
- Excellent bias for action and ability to get things done
- Very strong ability to deep dive, understand what data you need to solve a problem and how to manipulate it in order to drive actionable decisions
- Excellent ability to automate and design mechanisms that make complex processes simple
- A think big mindset: while you can dive deep and optimise existing structures, you can also zoom out and focus on the next big idea/development for expansion
Format: Hybrid from Luxembourg 3 days in office 2 days WFH
Compensation: competitive (details will be shared early in the process)
Interview format: will be a mix of behavioral, fit and technical/case study.
