infeurope is looking for a** Digital transformation program support**with at least 3 years of experience.

**The objectives of the Assignment are the following**:

- Support the client’s group digital transformation programme,
- Develop new robotic automation use cases in line with the client’s group security, data and integration requirements.

**TASKS**
- Cooperation with business team to identify and analyze potential automation cases and their development plan.
- Preparing Process Design Documentation, AS-IS and TO-BE process models and maps in line with Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN).
- Supporting Business in Process simplification and optimization.
- Managing whole robot lifecycle from the moment new initiative is entered by the business, through development, release and deployment until decommissioning of the robots.
- Developing new automation use cases with UiPath suite and RPA frameworks based on the requests coming from different teams within the client’s Group.
- Performing unit, regression, non-regression testing as well as SITs and UATs.
- Releasing automated cases to production environment.
- Providing hyper care and support to production robots.
- Analyzing and implementing potential improvement to production robots.
- Coordination of all the activities described above.

**COMPETENCE**
- Building complex solutions to automate manual processes.
- Process modeling and mapping.
- Hyper automation and AI and testing tools of UiPath.
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
