**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?**

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Prompt recording of day-to-day client requests;
- Collecting and recording all required information/documents;
- Monitoring ongoing transactions until completion;
- Sorting and scanning incoming post-mail and preparing outgoing post-mail
- Assisting team with special tasks
- Complying with procedures, controls, industry rules and regulations;
- Meeting Service Level Agreements and deadlines;Upholding Quality standards.

**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Partner & Client Services Intern?**
- You are currently studying towards an academic qualification in Finance
- Interested in the financial/insurance sector in general
- You enjoy working in a challenging, fast paced environment and look for the opportunity to excel in all aspects of your role
- Take personal pride in delivering high quality service to internal and external clients
- Strong prioritisation skills and is flexible, reliable and responsible in challenging situations
- A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal as well as written
- Ability to work independently while keen to work as part of a team and assist colleagues
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities
- Willing to make the extra effort as requiredEnglish and Swedish must be fluent, any additional European language (especially French, Flemish, German) will be an advantage.**We offer you**
