**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?**

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Develop strategic business development partnerships with financial institutions and intermediaries across Sweden and Luxembourg (increase AUA for the SWE market)
- Pursuing direct client opportunities and perform insurance intermediation services (for Swedish residents and corporates)
- Service existing clients and partners and address general ad-hoc and technical queries from Head Office functions
- Engage in marketing and training initiatives for distribution partners
- Ensure financial market and regulatory & tax knowledge is kept up to date
- Coordinate all aspects of the tailor-made, complex financial cross-border solutions until the transaction has been approved and agreed with all stakeholders
- Collaborate closely together with various head office functions to ensure administration and service excellence
- Support the Swedish Sales Director in setting the strategic direction, collaborate and deliver on the marketing business plans

**Manager?**
- Extensive knowledge in the finance industry, ideally with experience of high net worth, sophisticated clients
- Clear affinity with the tax and legal context of the high net worth segment in Sweden
- A track-record of client/partner acquisition skills (B2B2C)
- Entrepreneurial with strong commercial skills to proactively acquire new partners
- Self-motivated with the ability to work very autonomously
- Hunter mindset
- Ability to manage complex transactions (unquoted securities, lending, pledging,..) and experience with AML/KYC requirements in order to acquire compliant cases
- Highly communicative, convincing and strong presentation skills
- Results orientation (use of Salesforce) and business acumen (negotiation skills, value based selling)
