Contern, LU, 5326 **Location: Contern, Luxembourg**OR** Neuhausen a. d. F., Germany** **WHAT IS THE ROLE?**- Implement and configure SAP S/4 service solution incl. SAP FSM based on approved requirements- Manage the integration of SAP FSM with the S/4HANA service module to ensure a seamless process and master data flow- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment and integration in line with our guidelines and governances- Optimize SAP S/4 service processes to enhance operational efficiency in close collaboration with I2R stream lead and business leaders- Provide ongoing support and training to users online and on-site in European subsidiaries- Extension of business capabilities by using additional technology like computer telephony integration or document management **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**- Proven experience with SAP FSM, S/4HANA service and other cloud-based solutions like SalesForce- Deep understanding of service management processes such as service order management, service contract management, and warranty management- Familiarity with the business processes in industries that use S/4HANA Service, such as manufacturing, utilities, and professional services- Strong understanding of SAP integration processes with focus on BTP CPI or similar technologies- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to ensure a high level of customer service- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams- General mobility is required ( approx.. 25%)- Fluent in English **_We look forward to hearing from you and welcoming you to our team_** **Requisition number**:346 **Contract type**:Regular **Working time model**:Full time **Place of work**:Office FANUC - THE FACTORY AUTOMATION COMPANY As an innovative company, FANUC offers an exciting workplace with attractive future prospects, where your professional and personal development is guaranteed thanks to the latest technology and the FANUC work-life balance. **Are you interested in learning more about this career opportunity?
