TÜV Rheinland Luxembourg is looking for:
**Administrative / Commercial Order Processing (COP) Employee**
- What are you going to do? _

As an employee COP you are responsible for the administrative support of the primary process with the aim to optimize the project preparation and completion in terms of revenues, costs, quality and customer satisfaction.

You create projects in SAP and manage projects with regard to order confirmation, outsourcing / subcontracting, project-related hours, travel expenses and order status. You invoice and close the projects. You handle the Bank account also as well.

Furthermore, you perform light financial work such as support in preparing tax declarations; Debtor management, reviewing payment proposals and the payroll.

**What is expected of you?**:
For this position we are looking for someone education in Business Administration and several years of relevant work experience.

Besides being accurate, you have a feeling for business and administrative processes.

You have experience with SAP.

You are accurate, customer-oriented, independent, result-oriented, flexible, proactive, stress-resistant and a team player who likes to work together with colleagues. Because of the international focus of the company, you must be able to speak and write in German as well as English.
