**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all phases of the project, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Lead and coordinate Cost, Risk, and Planning teams as part of the Project Management function.
- Manage stakeholders, including clients and senior leaders.
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations, methodologies, and safety standards.
- Manage technical communication with multidisciplinary teams.
- Supervise the use of specialized project management tools and software.
- Promote sustainable construction practices.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Over 20 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of success in office and/or residential building projects.
- Experience leading teams and managing large-scale projects in complex environments.
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools (e.g., planning software, cost estimation, and risk analysis tools).
- Advanced level of English (knowledge of French will be an advantage).
- Experience in project controls management under FIDIC contracts.
- Commitment to sustainable construction and innovative projects.
