**As a manager you will**:
- Provide audit services to a variety of Insurance (Life and Non-Life) and Reinsurance companies, both local and being part of international groups
- Have the opportunity to develop your skills in IFRS and local GAAP and to participate in IFRS 17 implementation project
- You will lead our teams in sharing your knowledge and experience and support a culture of collaboration and sharing of knowledge across teams
- Performance management/ coaching and development of team members both as part of our overall performance management process or on specific engagements
- Supporting sales origination/ business development initiatives and acting as an integral part of the broader Insurance Sector Team
- You have obtained a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing
- Holds or is in the process of obtaining a professional qualification such as IRE, ACCA, CPA...
- Gained professional experience of minimum 5 years in external audit of insurance entities,
- Possesses excellent communication skills in English and French
- Highly motivated, proactive, confident, assertive and able to demonstrate drive with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
