En tant que recruteur, vous assumez l'entière responsabilité du développement et de la mise en œuvre de notre stratégie de recrutement, notamment au Luxembourg.
Vos missions :- Collaborer étroitement avec les partenaires RH et les managers afin de comprendre les besoins métier et de les traduire en besoins de recrutement.-
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de marque employeur afin de coordonner et de développer des mesures de recrutement adaptées et de promouvoir la marque employeur. Votre profil:
- Excellentes compétences en communication, capacité à établir des relations interpersonnelles et attitude positive, enthousiaste et inspirante.- Grande créativité dans le développement et la recherche de solutions et d'idées nouvelles, forte capacité à comprendre les besoins des autres.- Capacité à prendre des décisions et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et dynamique.-
- Excellent niveau d'anglais et de français, et intérêt pour une carrière internationale.
