Responsibilities:

- Ensure ongoing compliance standards in the European branches
- Keep abreast local & EU regulatory standards (IDD, Solvency II, AML/CFT, etc )
- Liaise with other departments ensuring regulatory compliance in all projects and operations
- Assist in the setup of the compliance structure and procedures
- Maintain regulatory and compliance procedures up to date
- Participate in the development of the annual compliance monitoring plan
- Make sure relevant teams are updated and trained on all compliance topics
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in the insurance market (especially, non-life)
- Previous Compliance experience (Insurance)
- Track record of implementing compliance procedures & coordinating with regulatory bodies
- Proven people management skills
- Fluent in English & French, any other language is considered an asset
