They employ over 1,600 people across six jurisdictions They are a trusted parner for more than 400 funds and have over 400 BN€ assets under management. **About the offer** Permanent contract Location : East Luxembourg Top 3 Key competencies: - Fund Services Experience - Compliance Expertise - People Management **About our client** - Sector_ : Fund Services_ - Values_ : _Caring | Bright | Passionate - Employees_ :_ Luxembourg : 400+ | Worldwide : 1600+ **Your missions** As Compliance Manager, you will be: - Providing support and aid to the Head of Compliance across various aspects of regulatory compliance; - Supervising the Compliance Team and assisting in their professional growth and career advancement; - Assuming responsibility for effectively overseeing day-to-day compliance tasks, surveillance, and reporting, - Tackling ad hoc Compliance projects as needed; - Collaborating in establishing best practices for managing Compliance within investment funds' and corporate services' operations; - Identifying potential regulatory concerns and collaborating with the business to devise solutions and enhance the compliance control framework; - Cultivating effective relationships with client-facing teams and the broader Risk and Compliance team across all jurisdictions, maintaining these relationships through effective written and verbal communication; **Your ideal profile** - Accumulating a minimum of 5 years of experience in a compliance role within Luxembourg's financial services sector; - Possessing proficient management capabilities; - Demonstrating strong communication skills (both written and spoken); - Exhibiting the ability to take ownership, show initiative, negotiate, influence, build consensus, and navigate effectively within a demanding environment; - Possessing an in-depth understanding of and experience with executing compliance tasks within a financial services company, particularly concerning AML/CTF matters, Luxembourg alternative investment funds ("AIFs"), and corporate services; - Having knowledge about regulatory requirements and practices related to depositary services for AIFs under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive ("AIFMD"); - Possessing a solid understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory landscape; - Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or German would be an advantage; - Carry out a skills assessment (soft skills and technical skills) in order to better define your professional project - Access to your test results to guide you to your best career choices - Interview coaching session before the client meeting - Consistent and fair recruitment process with respect, transparency and trust
