LuxScan Technologies is a world-wide leader in the design, development and installation of industrial scanners for automation in the timber industry. Our company, based in Luxemburg, is part of the WEINIG group. WEINIG is a German company, producing machines and systems for solid wood and panels production.

LuxScan is looking for a talented, skilled and motivated **Assistant Production Manager (F/M)**

**Missions**:
Assists production manager in his daily tasks and ensure production capabilities within the production teams

**Responsibilities**:
Help the teams achieve goals regarding production and related tasks (spare parts, procurement, order processing)

**Tasks**:

- Ensure backup on Production Teams Office Tasks
- Help the teams achieve goals regarding the scope of responsibilities of the production Service at Luxscan Order processing
- Procurement
- Purchasing
- Production
- Spare parts & Upgrade business
- Logistics
- Overall company support
- Participate to strategic project
- Implement new strategy
- Participate to the infrastructure support (ERP system maintenance (SAGE) etc)

**Competencies**:

- Fluent in French and English
- Experience with ERP system (Sage..) - SQL knowledge consider as a plus
- Good Competencies within Office pack
- Technical Knowledge regarding mechanical and electrical component
- Able to create, follow, manage, achieve KPIs

**Profil**:

- Master's degree or Engineer Degree or Equivalent
- Experience : 2 to 3 years within an industrial company preferred.
