We are looking for a motivated **Service Manager Assistant (F/M)** who is committed to contributing to our success to provide our clients with quality machines that facilitate the creation of aesthetically pleasing, solid and compliant parts.

**Your Missions**:

- Offer **preparation** and **organization**:

- **Support** office management
- **Contract** management, **invoicing** and **reporting**:

- Organization of internal and external events
- Assist the Service team with **administrative duties**:

- Travel arrangement

**Your Profile**:

- Degree: minimum 2 years of higher education
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position will be preferred
- Perfect organizational and prioritization skills
- Good communication skills, polite, reliable and flexible
- Ability to work as an autonomous employee, as well as in a team
- Excellent oral and written communication in **English and German**. Any other language is considered as an asset. We have colleagues with 15 nationalities, English is our common language.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Additional Skills considered an advantage**:

- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Experience with ERP system such as SAGE or SAP
