Communication Officer

**Your Role...**:
Draft, conceive, and execute communication activities for the Faculty of Law Economics and Finance:

- Draft and send internal information on behalf of management, updating faculty pages on intranet, advising Dean and Vice-Dean on internal and external communication and proposing drafts
- Communicate about newcomers in the faculty
- Support in writing and review of high-quality content for internal dissemination (news outlets, newsletters ) and adapted to different target audiences on print and online channels
- Design, maintain and update different intranet webpages using content management systems, including Wordpress and Sharepoint
- Develop communication about and for students
- Develop alumni communications and produce employability reports
- Physical presence at job fairs and Uni-organised events, coordination with other departments when necessary (including Saturday work about 5x / year and occasional travel)
- Contribute to the preparation of the budget as it relates to the role and associated activities
- Maintain communication databases. Conduct regular qualitative and quantitative analysis of communication activities to benchmark and further process improvements

**Qualifications...**:

- Bachelor degree with a specialisation in communication
- At least 2 years of experience relevant working experience
- Ability to adapt to new situations, develop and implement creative solutions in a complex, multicultural and multi-stakeholder environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at several levels
- Good administration and organisational skills, with an eye for details
- Fluency in English, French and/or German
