**Junior Accountant - Responsibilities**

As a Junior Accountant, you will contribute to the financial health of the organization by taking charge of key accounting functions, including:

- Process book purchase and sales invoices.
- Handle recurring invoices, service agreements, sub-leases, and re-invoicing.
- Conduct cash analysis and maintain financial records.
- Book and reconcile bank transactions.
- Prepare and execute wire transfers.
- Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns and simplified annual reports.
- Update accounting records for multiple entities.
- Prepare annual in-house accounts for review.
- Assist with reporting, investor relations, and audit queries.
- Open and process incoming mail and correspondence.
- Communicate with suppliers and Luxembourg authorities.
- Support liquidation procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.

**Junior Accountant - Your Profile**:

- A minimum of **2 years as a Junior Accountant**, with a solid understanding of bookkeeping and financial processes.
- Previous experience within a financial structure, service provider, family office, investment firm or similar.
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to contribute to the team's success. You ask questions**, show initiative**, and bring value to the role.
- Proficient in **Excel** (Pivot Tables, etc.) and other accounting tools such as BOB50.
- Fluency in **English** is required; French is a plus.

**Junior Accountant - We offer**:
