Data & Ai Senior Consultant : Manager (5-7 Years of Experience) - Wavestone Luxembourg

As a Manager you will be involved in different tasks:
**Support Client Digital Transformation Office**: Assist in the digital transformation initiatives of the client.
- **AI Governance and Compliance**: Ensure adherence to the EU AI Act and other relevant regulations. Develop and implement AI governance frameworks to maintain ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
- **Use Cases Implementation**: Identify and implement AI use cases to enhance business operations and customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into various business processes.
- **Data Governance and Management**: Oversee data governance policies and practices to ensure data quality, privacy, and security. Manage the entire data lifecycle, including collection, storage, processing, and analysis.
- **AI Projects Management**: Lead and manage AI projects from conception to deployment. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders. Monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI systems and processes. Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to address potential issues. Ensure AI models are explainable, unbiased, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- **Assessment of Complexity**: Evaluate the complexity level of each activity (simple, medium, complex) to support effort and cost estimation.
**Qualifications**:
- You hold a master’s degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, business administration, finance, economics, political science or any related field;
- You have a strong interest in the areas related to digital policies and related technologies enabling governments and industry to better serve the needs of citizens and foster economic growth;
- You are able to analyse complex matters and strong analytical / problem-solving skills;
- You are interested in activities related to collecting and analysing data, performing market surveys, conducting project management activities, realising business process analysis and optimisation, etc.;
- You can quickly grasp new topics and progressively gain autonomy in your assignments;
- You are client-orientated and committed to high-quality and timely delivery in order to consistently meet deadlines;
- You are a team player and appreciate a collaborative, diverse and international work environment
- You have good interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with clients and peers; and
- You are fluent in English. French and/or another language will be considered as an asset.
