**Rôle**:
Le / la « Responsable Gestion des données » a pour mission de suivre les opportunités d'amélioration dans la gestion, le suivi et l'analyse de données, puis de mettre en place des solutions innovantes et efficaces.

Le / la « Responsable Gestion des données » rapporte hiérarchiquement au « Chef de service Technology ».

**Missions**:

- Organise et planifie le travail des membres du service pour être au rendez-vous de nos engagements en termes de projets et de fonctionnement opérationnel,
- Manage l’équipe au quotidien
- Développer les compétences des collaborateurs, et de les accompagner dans le développement de leur carrière.
- Crée et met en œuvre un plan stratégique pluriannuel de déploiement des technologies « data » sur le périmètre ArcelorMittal LPL en cohérence avec la stratégie définie avec l’équipe IT du segment Long Products Europe.
- Identifie les opportunités d’amélioration afin de mettre en place des solutions innovantes et efficaces pour la gestion, le suivi et l’analyse de données.
- Pilote la réalisation des rapports automatiques au niveau LPL à plusieurs échelles:

- Rapport quotidien de production des six installations d’LPL,
- Suivi mensuel des KPI techniques opérationnelles,
- Scorecards pour les services opérationnels.
- Pilote avec les services informatiques au niveau segment AM LPE pour la mise en place des actions d’amélioration de la sécurité informatique industrielle (OT - Operational Technology).
- Crée et maintenir les rapports automatiques de production, de suivi des KPI, etc. avec les outils numériques mises à la disposition.
- Contribue aux projets de développement des modèles avec l’Intelligence Artificielle (IA) en fournissant les données nécessaires à ces modèles.

**Compétences requises**:
**EXPÉRIENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Master en Ingénierie des Systèmes, gestion de données, génie industriel ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience minimum 10 ans dans le domaine de gestion des données, datawarehouse, datalake, etc.
- Français courant
- Anglais courant

**COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES**:

- Maitrise des outils informatiques office, SAP et des langages systèmes
- Connaissance approfondie des concepts et outils Business Intelligence, en particulier Power BI.
- Maîtrise des langages de requête SQL pour l'extraction et la manipulation de données.
- Compétences managériales et expérience en management dans un contexte « **OT **» ou IT industrielle. Capacité à appréhender des problématiques variées dans tous les départements opérationnels et transverses et à les transcrire en termes de flux de données.
- Connaissance approfondie des processus d'amélioration continue.
- Capacité à créer des rapports et des tableaux de bord pour la prise de décision.
- Initiative, créativité et capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes
- Capacité à élaborer et mettre en œuvre des solutions innovantes.
- Compétences en gestion d'équipe et en collaboration interfonctionnelle.
- La connaissance des écosystèmes data (Base de données relationnelles et non relationnelles, cluster Hadoop, HDFS, Kafka ) est un plus
