WANTED: SCRUM MASTER
We (TLI SERVICES) are currently looking for a “SCRUM MASTER” to integrate a fast-growing Luxembourgish company.
By joining the TLI SERVICES Consultant Team, you will contribute to its growth and also become a superhero in the company by being THE Master of IT Projects.
Do you want to participate in this adventure?
**Your missions**:
- You mainly take up your responsibilities as Coaches multiple scrum teams using Agile methodology (SCRUM, KANBAN) and best practices
- You will collaborates with development teams, leadership, and product owners/lean product managers to deliver quality software products on time and within budget
- You will facilitates Agile processes including sprint iteration grooming and planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint demo and retrospectives
- You will removes impediments and coaches the scrum team on removing
- impediments.
- You will shields in collaboration with the Architect and Product Manager the team from external interruptions that can derail the team’s progress and Provides regular reports on project status, sprint burndown measurement and progress towards sprint goals.
- Your knowledge of scalable scrum frameworks is considered a plus (e.g. SAFE)
**Your profile**:
- You have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field with 3+ years of Scrum Master experience with software development teams
- And Experience with project/issue tracking tools such as Azure DevOps (PMP/Prince2 and/or CSM certification a plus)
- Ability to drive software deliverables from concept to delivery
- Languages: excellent command of English
- The strongest request is your Focus on client happiness
