**Your team**:

These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.- You will contribute actively to the good functioning of the teams, provide administrative and logístical support to HR department, as well as participate to diverse HR projects.- We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Trainee to join our HR department.**Your role**:
**_Recruitment and onboarding_**
- Requesting the opening of job positions and publishing job adverts.
- Organising recruitment interviews and end-of-trial-period interviews.
- Preparing the onboarding of future employees (organising orientation days, photo sessions, etc.) and assisting HR Officers with gathering documents from new employees.
- Scheduling the mandatory medical check-up for new employees.
- Enrolling new employees in various benefits schemes.
- Writing job adverts and the New Joiners Newsletter.
- Reviewing and updating employees’ job description linked to regulatory requirement.
- Scanning documents.
- Depending on interest and time, you will also have the opportunity to help our HR Officers with internships recruitment & follow-up.**_Compensation and benefits_**
- Entering absences in our time management system.
- Updating and maintaining HR documents (electronic and paper files).
- Handling administrative matters when staff celebrate long-service anniversaries, etc.
- Receiving and processing electronic and paper files.
- Responding to CNS/CCSS requests.

**_Learning and development_**
- Handling requests for training content by liaising with employees and training providers.
- Managing invoices.
- Helping set up the INFPC file.

**Start date: ASAP**

**Duration: 12 months**

**Employment rate: part-time (80%)**

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well organised and structured.
- Ability to cope with a variety of tasks and topics in a dynamic growing organisation, combined with an ability to prioritise and organise your work.
- Service-oriented with a can-do attitude and team player.
- Positive mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- A high level of care and confidentiality is required for this post.
- Fluent in French and a good command of English.
