Our client is a family-owned fiduciary, established for nearly two generations, located north of Luxembourg City. Initially a traditional fiduciary, it has now evolved into a PSF, providing specialized services to a clientele primarily consisting of Soparfi and holding companies. In this small, close-knit team, the focus is on warmth, collaboration, and supporting each other. You will work in an environment that promotes continuous learning and offers internal stability.
**_ Corporate Officer_**_ - Your Role :_**
As a **Corporate Officer**, you will be responsible for managing Soparfi and holding company portfolios, ensuring legal compliance and overseeing the management of these structures. Your tasks will include organizing **board meetings**, **drafting minutes**, and assisting with **company formation** and **account openings**. You will interact directly with demanding clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will join a dynamic team where continuous training and personal development are encouraged. Working in a small team will allow you to take on a key role and build strong relationships with your colleagues.
**_ Corporate Officer_**_ - Your Profile:_**
We are looking for a **Corporate Officer** with a **law degree** (at least a **bachelor's**), and **at least 2 years of experience** in managing similar portfolios (Soparfi, holdings, PSF structures).
You are fluent in **French and English**, and knowledge of **Italian** would be a **plus**.
You are autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to integrate well into a small team where collaboration and communication are essential.
You are passionate about the sector and eager to grow within a company that places a strong emphasis on quality service and human connection.
**_ Corporate Officer _**_- What We Offer :_**
- Attractive salary **up to** **€70,000 gross per year** (depending of your experience and profile), plus a **bonus **equivalent to one month's salary.
