**What do we want to achieve together?**:

- Build scalable, future-proof IT systems that drive business growth.
- Seamlessly integrate various systems, particularly focusing on API provider and BaaS integrations.
- Leverage SOA and SaaS models to enhance our IT capabilities.
- Encourage collaboration across teams to ensure our technology meets evolving business needs.
- Implement strong security measures and ensure regulatory compliance across all systems.
- Maintain high system performance through proactive monitoring and oversight.
- Develop a strategic technology roadmap aligned with the company's goals.
- Mentor and support the development of junior IT staff to grow the next generation of talent.

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**:

- In-depth expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, SOA, API provider integration, BaaS, SaaS, and cybersecurity.
- Strong analytical skills for designing complex, integrated systems that support business objectives.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects, with the ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively across departments.
- Proven experience with system architecture design, large-scale implementations, and SaaS integration.
- Ability to evaluate and implement new technologies, particularly in API management and BaaS.
- Expertise in system monitoring and optimization to ensure high performance, security, and reliability.A forward-thinking mindset with the ability to adapt to technological trends and business shifts.
