We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Architect to join our dynamic team in Luxembourg. As an M365 Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, with a focus on SharePoint and cloud-based collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Develop comprehensive architecture plans that align with business goals and ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Configure and customize SharePoint environments based on business requirements.
- Provide expertise in SharePoint Online, including site configuration, document management, and collaboration features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft 365 with other cloud services.
- Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between Microsoft 365 and other cloud platforms.
- Implement security best practices for Microsoft 365 environments.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to internal teams on Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies.
- Plan and execute migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365.
- Manage version upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for Microsoft 365 solutions and configurations.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an M365 Architect or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong expertise in cloud technologies, preferably with experience in Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in designing and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions for enterprise-level organizations.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards relevant to Microsoft 365.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 and cloud technologies (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, Azure Solutions Architect).
