- How will you contribute?
You will be mainly in charge of:
- Processing purchase requests and placing purchase orders with suitable suppliers while ensuring compliance with LIST internal procedures and procurement rules.
- Identifying appropriate suppliers and requesting quotations within the defined scope.
- Analyzing purchase requests, quotations and proposed contracts to ensure conformity and quality of suppliers.
- Ensuring follow‑up of purchase requests and orders, including coordination with suppliers and management of delivery delays or rescheduling.
- Maintaining professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Acting as a key contact point for LIST employees on procurement matters and providing guidance on purchasing procedures and policies.
- Contacting suppliers proactively, requesting quotations, and challenging offers on price, lead time, and conditions.
- Identifying opportunities to consolidate spend or improve sourcing strategies.
- Contributing to the improvement of procurement procedures, systems and internal practices.
- Exploring and proposing the use of digital tools, automation, and AI-assisted solutions to improve procurement efficiency. Education
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in procurement, business administration, supply chain management, information systems, or equivalent - Experience and skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role; a relevant internship in a structured purchasing environment may be considered for strong junior profiles Hard skills
- Understanding of the end-to-end purchasing process.
- Proficiency in advanced office software and digital sourcing platforms
- Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies, process automation and AI applied to procurement (market intelligence tools, supplier data analysis, etc.)
- Ability to extract and analyze data from an ERP system to produce reports or cost analyses Soft skills
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Customer‑oriented mindset and service approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive attitude and ability to suggest improvements to processes
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision and handle sensitive information - Language skills
