The Senior Test Manager will work on providing tools, methods, and processes to support the organization, its projects, and initiatives. He will be an instrumental part in the transformation of the global testing process into the agile world. He will drive the roadmap from a testing and quality assurance perspective for Julius Baer European HUB (EuroHUB).

**YOUR CHALLENGE**:
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Definition of test processes within the local organization in alignment with the respective group organization
- Provisioning of tools and methods to support the test process across all projects and initiatives
- Ensure processes are used and where needed optimized to best support the organizations needs
- Define, establish and control valuable KPIs to improve the process’ reliability and quality.
- Represent the Julius Baer Test EuroHUB organization, the Test strategy and act as point of contact locally as well as in the Julius Baer group
- Coordination and exchange with stakeholders
- Collaborate with projects and support them to reach best possible quality on their deliverables
- Manage and drive the Test EuroHUB roadmap
- Responsibility for resource and capacity planning with the Test Department Head

**YOUR PROFILE**:
Competencies
- 5-10 years of experience in the area of Test Management
- Experience in the financial sector, T24 or TAP+ would be considered a strong added value.
- Experience in management position would be an asset.
- Extended experience on agile testing approach
- Expert on test processes and topics around quality management and quality assurance
- Experienced in leading process changes in an organization
- Good knowhow on usage of testing tools like Tosca, Selenium/- Cucumber, JIRA Xray, Sonarqube or similar
- Deep understanding of CI/CD pipeline and its automation technologies like Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
- Strong experience in project management as well as change and release management
- Very good experience in running a delivery roadmap and resource planning

Education and skills requirements
- Higher Education in Computer Science (University, University of Applied Sciences, or equivalent diploma)
- Certified as test manager (ISTQB Advanced or similar)
- Certified on agile project framework e.g. SAFe
- Very strong communication and planning skills
- Fluent business English skills (German or/and French would be an asset)
- Strong team player with funded experience on leading teams
- Customer oriented with focus to support an organization in developing and providing solutions
- Very good understanding of software lifecycle and its operational management
- High level on self-motivation to drive initiatives and initiating changes
- Willingness to bring in new ideas and initiate changes
