**Your tasks**:

- You are responsible for or support our clients with transformation and change projects in the banking and insurance sector as part of a team or on your own.
- Your role will be that of a competent contact person that interacts on an equal footing with decision-makers, managers and employees.
- You support our clients in their change process with innovative coaching methods.
- You deal with topics such as new work concepts, new technologies and digital processes as well as customer-centric consulting to create solutions tailored to the challenges our clients are facing.
- Your project work will involve close collaboration with our zeb expert consultants.

**Your skills**:

- Several years of experience as a coach and trainer, ideally in the financial services sector
- Certifications in coaching, training or consulting
- A university degree (Master’s/Diploma) or training as a bank clerk and/or banking specialist
- Sound experience in the conception of complex business coaching and training measures, especially in the area of sales
- Your demeanor is inspiring, empathetic and persuasive.
- You are fluent in French and German and ideally also in English and Italian. **#LI-Hybrid**
