Pour son développement, un de nos Proxy situé dans le Sud du Luxembourg recherche **un(e) Store Manager.**

**Votre profil**:

- Vous disposez d'une solide première expérience dans le domaine de la grande distribution alimentaire dans une fonction similaire.
- Vous parlez couramment le français.
- Vous êtes entreprenant(e), déterminé(e) et enthousiaste, grâce à vos compétences de leadership, vous osez prendre des initiatives et guider des équipes.
- Vous faites preuve d’un grand sens commercial et êtes passionné(e) par notre métier.
- Vous êtes flexible, le travail le week-end ne vous fait pas peur

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Coordonner et contrôler le déroulement des opérations quotidiennes du magasin.
- Superviser le personnel et assurer un environnement de travail positif.
- Gérer les (pré)commandes et veiller à une disponibilité optimale des produits.
- Créer des rapports de contrôle et gérer les retours marchandise.
- Mettre en avant les produits pour maximiser les ventes et l'expérience client.
- Veiller au strict respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité.
