**Regulatory Project Manager - Luxembourg - 6+ Month Contract**

We are currently seeking a **seasoned Project Manager** to lead a **regulatory implementation project related to CRD VI** for a leading financial institution in **Luxembourg**.

This is a **6+ month contract**, with a **strong likelihood of extension**, offering a **hybrid working model (3 days onsite per week)**.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a track record of successfully delivering **complex European regulatory projects**. You’ll work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, manage timelines, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive delivery from start to finish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of the CRD VI regulatory project.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, milestones, resources, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Hold regular progress meetings and provide transparent status updates.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure all documentation is maintained and project governance is upheld.
- Track KPIs, project milestones, and prepare executive-level reporting.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing large-scale regulatory or CRD-related projects.
- Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent).
- Strong background in stakeholder management and cross-functional team leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities.
