Aisl-211- Splunk Architect

**We are seeking an experienced Splunk Architect to join an international team and lead the design of advanced solutions across hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud: AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, VMware, etc.). You will be responsible for defining high-performance architectures, coordinating their integration, and ensuring a smooth handover to operational teams, with a strong focus on automation, security, and scalability.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Design robust and scalable Splunk architectures integrating multi-cloud and containerized environments.
- Oversee deployment, configuration, and management of Splunk components, ensuring integration with data sources (Amazon, Microsoft, Kubernetes).
- Develop automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, Python/Bash scripts) to optimize infrastructure management.
- Implement Splunk Enterprise Security (ES) and IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) to strengthen monitoring, security, and service performance.
- Leverage Splunk’s machine learning and advanced analytics capabilities (Machine Learning Toolkit, ITE Work) for proactive monitoring and predictive insights.
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Infrastructure teams to define a data strategy aligned with business goals.
- Provide Level 3 support to ensure service availability and reliability.
- Document architectures and ensure effective knowledge transfer to operational teams.

**Skills & Profile**
- At least 5 years of experience in Splunk architecture and administration in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven expertise integrating Splunk with AWS, Azure, VMware, and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in automation (Ansible, Terraform) and scripting (Python, Bash).
- Proficiency with Splunk ES, ITSI, Machine Learning Toolkit, and ITE Work.
- Good knowledge of security best practices and ITIL/Agile frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills to handle and model large datasets.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for diverse stakeholders.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and innovative mindset.

**Requirements**:

- Citizenship: EU citizenship is mandatory.
- Languages: Fluent English required; another European language is an advantage.
