Fund Execution Officer

The Markets Execution Desks collect orders in equities, bonds, derivatives, funds, Limited partnership and structured products from in-house account managers and branches, ALM, institutional customers and professionals. Markets Execution Desks execute and handle these transactions to maximise customer satisfaction and to respect the Bank's best execution policy.

Markets Execution Desks also supervise the straight through processing flow to Counterparts, Brokers and Transfer agents and assure the follow up of all pending orders or other market events. Markets Execution Desks build and follow up relationships with Brokers, counterparts and transfer agents’ network in order to guaranty access to all main markets of the world or the largest securities panel at competitive conditions.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Collect orders in funds & Limited partnership from in-house account managers and branches, institutional customers and professionals and input them in our OMS
- Execute and handle transactions in Funds and Limited Partnership for clients in custody
- Sending orders through Swift, Fax, Calastone or Mail
- Perform all fund documentation (subscription form, redemption form) and keep track legal and compliance rules and conditions whilst filling the documentation
- For prepayment Funds, setup Settlement standard instructions and generate the prepayment.
- Assure the follow up of transactions by claiming acknowledgement to Transfer agents, claiming for confirmations and booking the client's instructions, the execution conditions.
- Supervises the straight through processing flow to Transfer agents and assure the follow up of all pending orders.
- Be the point of contact for Institutional and Professional customers in terms of Funds execution matter.
- Achieve Best & Timely Execution 1LoD controls for Markets Execution (Funds) in collaboration with Compliance

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- University degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in banking activities
- Strong understanding of Funds universe and involved risks.
- Good understanding of Luxembourg banking/financial legislation/regulations/ taxes, and settlement processes
- Good understanding of electronic means of communication
