Main Responsibilities:
- Assist sales executives with administrative and organizational tasks.
- Maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of sales proposals.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings with clients and partners.
- Provide logístical support during commercial events and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create relevant communication materials.
- Track sales performance indicators and produce regular reports.
Your profile:
- University degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
