**Your Tasks**:

- Price negotiations with Schenker branches, carriers, transport companies.
- Creation of the necessary documents. Preparation of the necessary documents
- Coordination and communication with warehouse staff.
- Invoicing, Processing and checking incoming and outgoing invoices and forwarding book.
- Tender processing.
- Monitoring, control and optimization of existing processes.
- Management of existing sea freight infrastructure (relationships with business partners, existing trade lanes, IT,management, etc.)
- Monitoring of credit limits of ocean freight customers
- Creation, control and evaluation of statistics relevant to sea freight
- Participation in sea freight related sessions and meetings. Tracking & Tracing.
- Planning and arranging meetings, visits.
- Close communication with the respective departments.
- Individual marketing and PR projects

**Your Profile**:

- Completed training in the field of forwarding & logistics, possibly university studies
- Several years of professional experience in the field of sea freight, preferably in a management position
- Good MS-Office skills
- Secure knowledge of English, both written & spoken, knowledge of French desirable
- Above-average commitment, teamwork & organizational skills
- Confident appearance in contact with customers & suppliers
- High degree of flexibility & communication skills
- Assertiveness & ability to work under pressure
- Actively live & effectively implement the idea of service
- Ability to work in a team
