ABOUT THE TEAM
Our compliance team at Unzer is the backbone that ensures the safety, integrity, and credibility of our operations. Entrusted with upholding stringent regulatory standards, the team is consistently abreast of global financial regulations, especially those governing PSPs. Their mission is to safeguard Unzer's reputation, ensure seamless international transactions, and foster trust among our clientele. A blend of risk-management expertise and technological prowess, the team is presently embarked on multiple projects aimed at further solidifying Unzer's compliance frameworks.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:
- You will assist in managing the compliance framework, ensuring its alignment with Luxembourg and international standards pertinent to PSPs.
- You will support in liaising between Unzer and regulatory bodies, helping to address any regulatory inquiries or requirements.
- You will work closely with the senior compliance officers to stay updated with the latest in financial regulations and compliance practices.
- You will participate in internal training and awareness sessions, promoting the importance of compliance across the organisation.
- You will aid in identifying potential areas of compliance vulnerability and assist in developing action plans for resolution.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- A basic understanding of the regulatory environment of Luxembourg, particularly related to Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
- Good communication skills, with a keen interest in building a career in the compliance field.
- An introductory knowledge of global financial regulations and a willingness to delve deeper.
- Strong analytical abilities, paired with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Team player attitude, with the enthusiasm to collaborate with multiple departments.
Nice to have:
- Prior experience or internship in a fintech or financial services setup.
- Additional certifications in compliance or related fields.
- Multilingual capabilities, especially within major financial markets.
