Junior Legal Counsel

The group, headquartered with full substance in Luxembourg, provides Fund Governance solutions to asset, wealth and fund managers from around the globe and has additional offices in Dublin and Zurich.

**Junior Legal Counsel - Investment Funds**:
The scope of the role is to provide legal support to the group entities on a variety of legal work relating to their activities.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Draft, review, and negotiate clients' contracts related to Management Company and AIFM services as well as agreements with providers.
- Advise the ONE entities, in collaboration with the legal team, on a broad range of legal and regulatory matters in providing comprehensive and pragmatic advice in particular relating to marketing and ESG obligations.
- Providing general legal advice on applicable laws and regulations and on ONE policies and guidelines.
- Contribute to internal projects and data protection matters.

**Qualifications**:

- Admitted to the Bar in Luxembourg or in the E.U.
- Fluent in English / French
- LLM in Law
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification legal experience at a law firm, in-house management company or Big4
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
- Team player who can effectively and efficiently collaborate with different teams
- A good degree of independence, initiative, and decisiveness but also a desire to be challenged and think outside the box.
- Common sense, great judgment, and a good sense of humour.
