**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:
Join Kronospan, a fast-growing international industrial company, with more than 40 wood-based panel manufacturing sites all over the world, as our Legal Advisor.
About the job
We are opening a brand-new vacancy to support every internal departments (HR, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, Financing) on their legal duties.
Our future Legal Advisor is responsible to handle key legal affairs as well as the lawful functioning of Kronospan.
Your day-to-day work revolves around the following:
- Ongoing provision of legal advice and consultations,
- Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, general terms and conditions of transactions, and every important legal documents,
- Drafting commercial contracts,
- Representing Kronospan in court proceedings,
- Managing all documentation on legal issues,
- Following-up on the negotiations,
- Being the main point of contact with management boards regarding legal issues and reporting,
- Legal supervision over high-risk contractors,
- Being part of the meetings about Kronospan activities,
- Supporting and/or managing of new/non-standard contracts with customers and suppliers.
**Profil**:
Our perfect match for this role is someone business-oriented, highly reliable with a certain interest for industrial environments.
Also, to be our future Legal Advisor, you must answer the following prerequisites:
- Excellent command of English and French, German is a serious plus,
- Proven experience in a similar position ideally in Industry,
- High legal education,
- Excellent knowledge of the local labor law,
- The ability to work under time pressure,
- Trustworthy, details-focused, able to handle various tasks simultaneously.
