**Internship Overview**

CBRE Investment, Accounting and Reporting Solutions (CBRE IA&R) is the fund administration business line within CBRE. At CBRE IA&R, our mission is to be the leading provider of integrated fund and real estate accounting, administration, and data management services, create exceptional value for our clients and people and drive transformation across the global real estate landscape.

While gaining real-world experience and subsequently building a network of professional contacts, the programs supportive training schedule will ensure you accelerate. You will also gain an insight into how we support our clients and this will allow you to develop your knowledge of Real Estate, Accounting, Finance and associated functions.

We offer a variety of opportunities during the internship focused on:
**Client Servicing (Fund Accounting and Company Secretary)** including:

- Creation of a database for invoice management
- Creation of a database for client onboarding management (Know Your Customer)
- Support in data centralization
- Administrative support in the development of new process and systems
- Control bank balances
- Control intercompany operations
- Prepare monthly reconciliations and reporting packages
- Monitor daily movements of banks and registrars
- Support in the preparation of Financial Statements
- Support in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations

**Person Specification/Requirements**
- A forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual with a passion for accounting and finance
- Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and proactive with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management
- Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
