Job Description

Lead the establishment and management of a comprehensive treasury function, overseeing liquidity, MMF investments, and daily cash operations for a real estate investment fund. Drive the integration of treasury systems (e.g., Kyriba), implement robust data governance, and collaborate with the Debt Financing team to manage financial risks. Administer external debt and loans, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting. Enhance performance control by maintaining profitability models, managing cost recharges, and supporting corporate finance in AUM reporting, billing, and capital planning.

Treasury Operations Management:
- Establish a comprehensive treasury function responsible for liquidity, MMF investment, beyond AP/Bank account opening.- Oversee daily treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, and liquidity planning, freeing capacity from Fund Ops, Fund Management, and Structured Finance.- Develop and implement treasury policies tailored to our real estate investment fund's needs.- Lead the integration and maintenance of Kyriba, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.- Establish data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.- Collaborate with the Debt Financing team to manage financial risks related to currency, interest rates, and liquidity.- Optimize idle cash use, generating revenue through short-term investments; act as the key contact for MMF investments, working with Invesco MMF teams.

External Debt and Loans Administration:
- Lead the outsourcing to/onboarding of Altus and fairways debt for the management of Loans, covenant calculations etc. (or other providers as identified though our review)- Manage the administration of external debt and loans using Fairways Debt, including covenant calculations and compliance, specific to real estate financing.- Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to banks and financial institutions.- Monitor and ensure compliance with all loan agreements and covenants related to real estate assets.

Performance Control, Profitability analysis and Corporate Finance relationships- Maintain and enhance the product profitability model- Responsible for costs recharges planning, management and monitoring- Work closely with corporate finance to ensure appropriate reporting of AUM, billing of fees, audit matters etc.- Support the capital planning exercise
