**Key responsibilities**:

- **Design and improve end-user experience**: Lead initiatives to enhance and promote the adoption of Teams Premium and CoPilot, ensuring seamless user experiences.
- **Reporting & monitoring**: Develop and refine reporting tools and monitoring processes to track performance and usage metrics.
- **Continuous improvement**: Collaborate on projects aimed at continuously improving our Microsoft365 services, particularly focusing on user engagement and satisfaction.
- **Feature enhancements**: Conduct thorough requirements analysis and design innovative enhancements for Microsoft365 features.
- **Testing**: Oversee system and user acceptance testing to ensure high standards of performance and reliability.

**Requirements**:

- **Change & project management**: Strong change management skills combined with project management expertise, ideally supported by leading certifications.
- **Communication & stakeholder management**: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work remotely with occasional visits to our client's facilities in Luxembourg, especially at the start of the engagement.
